Fair enough
Service is fine but the queues can get long on payday. Fees are reasonable but not the lowest around. Might stick with it.

Frustrating experience
Staff seemed rushed and not very helpful. Card delivery took weeks and no updates were given. Still waiting for a resolution.

The rewards on my credit card are actually worth it. Opening the account was smooth with clear requirements. Will keep using it.

Decent bank overall, nothing spectacular either way. App works most days though it lags during peak hours. It's alright for now.
